Marketing experts from New York City-based Nielsen, Deerfield, Ill.-based Walgreens Boots Alliance and Boise, Idaho-based Albertsons Cos. will be among the speakers at EnsembleIQ’s 2017 Multicultural Retail 360 Summit. This one-day symposium will be held on Sept. 26 in conjunction with EnsembleIQ’s 2017 Path to Purchase Expo at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.

The theme of the 13th annual Multicultural Retail 360 Summit is “Remaining Relevant to the New Mainstream Consumer.” Although the agenda is still being finalized, the following individuals will be giving presentations:

  • Vanna Tran, Nielsen’s director of thought leadership, multicultural growth and strategy —“The Importance of Multicultural Local Markets” and how to assess geographic differences in demand.
  • About Marketing Solutions CEO Terry Soto — Why many leaders feel threatened and uncertain about the sweeping demographic shifts that have made the United States a multicultural nation.
