Braided bully sticks made from three pizzles
Available for private branding from Green Bay, Wis.-based Carnivore Meat Co., Freeze-Dried Braided Bully Sticks are made from three U.S.-sourced bulls’ pizzles in a USDA-certified and federally inspected pet food facility that is also EU- and Global Food Safety Initiative/International Standards Organization FSSC 22000-certified, according to the manufacturer. Once braided, the product enters a custom-designed 48-hour freeze-drier that locks in vital nutrients without cooking the raw product, the company says. Braided Bully Sticks promote oral health by supporting healthy gums and strong teeth. The product, an award winner in Store Brands’ Editors’ Picks competition, is gluten-free and grain-free, with an added boost of protein and minerals.
