Food Lion kicks off annual ‘Quarter Back’ promotion

Tying in with the football season, Salisbury, N.C.-based Food Lion is once again holding its “Quarter Back” promotion, in which shoppers save a quarter with every private brand SKU they purchase — up to $10. What’s more, a purchase of at least four store brand products with an “MVP” loyalty card will earn customers a coupon for their next shopping trip.

During the Quarter Back promotion, which runs from Sept. 14 through Oct. 10, customers can repeat the deal as many times as they would like.

Food Lion, a banner of Ahold Delhaize, offers the following store brands: Food Lion brand (national brand equivalent), Nature’s Place (natural and organic), Taste of Inspirations (premium), Home 360 (quality non-food), Healthy Accents (NBE health and beauty), CHA-CHING (value) and Etos (European-style health and beauty).
