The Gracious Gourmet has launched three new products that will be on display at the 2023 PLMA Private Label Trade Show in Chicago.

Featured will be two new fruit spreads and one new tapenade that will join the company’s assortment of pestos, fruit spreads, jams, jellies and tapenades. The new items include:

  • Smoky Eggplant Tapenade — Inspired by Mediterranean dishes, this tapenade combines eggplant, fire-roasted red peppers and extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Tart Cherry Spread — Flavorful cherries star in this spread that can be paired with savory cheese and charcuterie, yogurt parfaits and various breads or pastries.
  • Strawberry Garden Spread — Fresh from the garden strawberry flavor features rich, sophisticated notes with a hint of balsamic vinegar.

“We are thrilled to unveil our latest creations at the PLMA Show,” said Nancy Wekselbaum, founder of The Gracious Gourmet. “The line is always growing, and we pour our hearts into perfecting these recipes. We can't wait for others to experience the flavors we’ve created.”

She noted the company offers a variety of products that include custom retail and foodservice sizes. Additionally, The Gracious Gourmet works with customer-specific ingredients from wineries, olive oil and vinegar producers, as well as many other ingredients that make products specific to a brand or market.
