Sam's Club Upgrades Member's Mark Website

The refreshed online portal gives members access to a broader assortment of products sold under the retailer's own brand.

Sam’s Club is working to further raise the profile of its growing product assortment sold under its Member’s Mark own brand and recently launched a website that highlights the many products sold under the brand.

With a top image highlighted by the text “Your every day, elevated” the new online portal allows shoppers to explore products across the many categories that now carry items sold under the Member’s Mark brand.

Featured categories included furniture, bath & bedding, fresh flowers, and outdoor & patio. Clicking on each brings the user to the selection of products in the respective category sold exclusively at Sam’s under the Member’s Mark brand.

The website also highlights the broad assortment of consumable products as part of the Member’s Mark brand, inclusive of meat & seafood, snacks, ready made, and bakery.

Sam’s Club spokesperson told Store Brands the website was developed to allow members to shop wherever, whenever, and however they prefer. The products featured on the website are available only online, allowing Sam’s to offer its members a broader assortment of products than are carried in-stores.

Member’s Mark has been a fixture at Sam’s Club since 1988, and in 2017, the retailer consolidated its 20 proprietary brands under the Member’s Mark label. In early 2022, the retailer announced new initiatives for the brand that included the renovation and reformulation of more than 1,200 items since 2020. The brand’s logo and design were also updated.
